Frustrating and inflexible appointment booking system

As a long-standing NHS professional, I find myself deeply disappointed with the operational approach of this particular medical practice. When I spoke with their front desk staff earlier today, I was told that the sole avenue for securing a GP consultation is by filling out an e-consult form, which must be submitted precisely at 8:30 AM. In my professional opinion, this restrictive system lacks the necessary adaptability and fails to offer patients a reasonable range of appointment booking methods.
