It's the clinic's duty to provide care and prevent unnecessary emergency room visits. On one occasion, during their stated operating hours, I arrived for a scheduled appointment only to be informed that the GP had already departed. How can a healthcare professional leave during their designated work time? This service requires significant improvement. Patients are seeking understanding and collaboration, and compassion should be a fundamental aspect of healthcare delivery.
