Frustrating app crashes and no appointments

Really poor experience with this GP service. - Appointment booking is impossible! They claim app booking is available, but it's completely non-functional. You can only submit a help request and wait for a response, with no actual ability to select a specific date and time. - The app's user interface is extremely poorly designed and extremely unstable, frequently crashing. - The app appears "offline" most of the time (as shown in the image) - I submitted a help request and received a confirmation message stating I would be contacted. However, no contact was made, forcing me to phone a week later to investigate. I was then instructed to rebook through the app - the only available option - but was told I could only do this in the morning, which is utterly ridiculous. Just an absolutely terrible service. Online booking should enhance, not replace, traditional booking methods like phone or in-person. I'm genuinely concerned that this clunky, dysfunctional, app-mandatory system could potentially endanger elderly patients unfamiliar with technology. The Woodlands Surgery & Vanbrugh are nearby alternatives that offer normal booking procedures and have better reviews, so I'll likely attempt to register with one of those instead.
