Frustrating app ruins customer service experience

I'm thoroughly frustrated by being compelled to navigate an app just to schedule an appointment, when all I want is to speak with an actual receptionist. This feels like yet another method of avoiding direct human interaction and preventing genuine communication. I'm ready to walk away. Over the past four years, things have not improved; in fact, they've only deteriorated. The app should be an alternative, not a mandatory requirement. I apologize, but this service continues to decline, and I've reached my breaking point.
