Frustrating app with terrible patient support system

I sought guidance through the app, and after a three-day delay, was instructed to schedule an appointment and call post-11am. Following a 39-minute wait, during which I had only progressed 4 positions and remained at number 14, I terminated the call. My attempt to book an online appointment was futile, as this option was unavailable for this medical practice. If the intention is to discourage in-person visits for inquiries and appointments, it is imperative to maintain sufficient staffing to handle incoming calls effectively.
