Frustrating appointment booking process

I'm disappointed with the inability to book appointments by phone at the surgery. The online form is frustratingly lengthy, filled with irrelevant questions that have nothing to do with my specific medical concerns. This approach to scheduling is completely inappropriate and inconvenient for patients. It's a poorly designed system that fails to consider the diverse needs of individuals seeking medical care.
