Frustrating appointment mess with Dr Evans

Absolutely frustrated with the sheer incompetence of both medical staff and administrative personnel. Scheduling an appointment is an incredibly arduous process. When you call in the morning, they redirect you to call in the afternoon, which makes no sense since booking an appointment should be simple with just a few computer clicks. If you visit in person, they tell you to call by phone, rendering the entire reception staff seemingly pointless. Telephone wait times are excruciatingly long, and even after finally reaching someone, there's a high probability you'll be told no appointments are available and to try again tomorrow. They completely disregard the actual reason for your visit, instead hastily prescribing paracetamol and ibuprofen without proper consideration. The behavior is particularly unprofessional, especially from Dr. Evans, who demonstrated blatant discriminatory conduct. After inquiring about my ethnicity, I requested testing for an infection and a gynecologist referral, which he flatly refused, merely prescribing ibuprofen without understanding my actual medical concerns.
