Frustrating appointment system and unresponsive care

Scheduling appointments through SystemOnline has been an exercise in frustration. The platform consistently shows no available slots, leaving patients in limbo. I was forced to seek a private consultation elsewhere, costing me a hefty £280 out of pocket. Despite adding notes to my repeat prescription request, my concerns went unaddressed. The entire experience has been nothing short of a time-consuming and ineffective ordeal.
