Frustrating appointment system at local GP
I attempted to book an appointment, only to discover they've changed their system. Now, you're required to call for same-day slots instead of scheduling in advance. When I phoned at 1 PM, I managed to reach someone within minutes, but they informed me all appointments had already been taken. They suggested I try again the following day. While I have no complaints about the GP's quality of care, this new appointment system is incredibly frustrating. It seems nearly impossible to secure a consultation when needed.
