Frustrating appointment system drives patient crazy

What's happening with this organization? Scheduling a consultation via telephone is completely unfeasible, and navigating the online booking platform is equally challenging. The system continually crashes, leaving users frustrated. Has anyone on the staff actually attempted to use this booking process? I strongly recommend they try it immediately! And yes, I'm highly tech-savvy and typically manage everything online. I'm thoroughly exasperated by the constant obstacles encountered when attempting to secure an appointment or obtain assistance. PLEASE, for goodness' sake, reorganize your priorities. Without patients, you're not a medical practice - you're merely a group of individuals occupying a healthcare facility.
