Frustrating appointment system fails patients miserably

Absolutely terrible service. I've been trying to schedule an appointment for days without success. Their booking system seems designed to frustrate patients - apparently you can only pre-book afternoon slots if you call in the morning. What should be a straightforward process feels like an exhausting struggle. I'm thoroughly disheartened by this experience.
