Frustrating appointment system for autistic patients

Absolutely frustrating appointment setup and abysmal customer service from the front desk. The record-keeping is subpar, with delayed and sometimes missing test results crucial for medical investigations. There's a clear lack of understanding and support for Autistic patients, with my son constantly struggling to secure appointments. The practice needs to modernize its booking system and join the 21st century. Why can't appointments be scheduled online? The strict calling window should be reserved for urgent and same-day consultations only. Being told to call at 8 and failing to get through, then finding no availability even for future dates at 8:30 is unacceptable. What about mentally ill, disabled, or elderly patients who must endure this ordeal? Don't the GPs use diaries? Can't receptionists manually record appointments if technology fails? It's mind-boggling. What explains the continuous neglect of local patients? The negative reviews speak volumes. Generic, robotic responses to complaints are utterly unhelpful. I used to enthusiastically recommend this practice based on excellent care a decade ago, but now I wouldn't. They seem more focused on administering questionable vaccines without proper follow-up on potential side effects like illness, breathing difficulties, and circulatory issues. Patients aren't calling for entertainment; they genuinely need medical attention. It's time to shape up!
