The sheer number of negative reviews should be a wake-up call for this establishment to overhaul their booking system! It's utterly baffling that there's no option for scheduling in-person appointments through their app. The archaic requirement to call between 8 and 9 AM for same-day appointments is ludicrous, especially for those who need to plan ahead for work commitments. After enduring an agonizing 30-minute hold, you're told to expect a callback within 1-2 hours just to receive your appointment time. This unnecessary extra step is mind-boggling and incredibly inconvenient. Heaven help you if you miss that crucial callback due to work or other obligations. The entire process is an exercise in frustration and defies all logic. It's an absolute circus that leaves patients feeling strung along and exasperated. This system is in desperate need of a complete overhaul!
