Frustrating appointments and broken communication system

Recently, the service quality has been absolutely appalling. They've implemented a new appointment scheduling system where you input your details online, and they're supposed to message you about when someone will call to set up an appointment. However, the critical issue is they consistently fail to follow through with the callback, leaving you forced to initiate contact again and essentially restart the entire process. I've been bombarded with 4 separate messages requesting me to complete a questionnaire that I've already submitted, which suggests their computer support system is fundamentally flawed. If an organization chooses to adopt digital appointment booking methods, it's absolutely crucial that the system functions correctly - this is especially critical when dealing with healthcare-related services.
