Frustrating appointments and long wait times

The service falls short of expectations. Scheduling an appointment within a week proves incredibly challenging. While I understand the clinic is likely overwhelmed, I'm curious about the frequency of certain individuals who seem to occupy slots due to chronic disease status. Throughout the past decade, I've made fewer than ten appointments, and each has been a struggle to secure - with two instances where nurses at the WIC intervened, believing my situation required immediate attention. I bear no ill will towards the staff, but rather direct frustration at patients who demand same-day GP appointments for trivial matters like colds or sick notes - may their day be perpetually unpleasant. It's noteworthy that some medical practices in Greater Manchester rarely reach full capacity. This could potentially stem from receptionists who are either unhelpful or possess genuine skill in effectively prioritizing patient needs.
