Frustrating appointments and poor customer service experience

Booking appointments has become an incredibly challenging process, even with the shift towards telephone consultations. The callback mechanism is fundamentally broken, with staff frequently failing to respond, leaving patients with no choice but to wait on hold indefinitely to actually connect with someone. The automated messaging system feels entirely inappropriate, with American-style recordings that seem out of place in a UK healthcare setting. This impersonal approach raises suspicions about potential privatization. While I understand the immense pressures currently facing healthcare services and GP practices, the dramatic decline in patient care and service quality is deeply concerning. The experience has become so frustrating that I cannot, in good conscience, suggest anyone should register with this medical practice.
