Steer clear of this medical practice as your primary healthcare provider. Their scheduling approach is absurdly outdated, forcing patients to call precisely at 8 am or 2 pm, only to be met with a 25-person waiting line. My previous London-based GP offered a convenient online booking and callback service, making this current system unnecessarily stressful and antiquated in today's digital era.
