Frustrating appointments and unhelpful booking system

Scheduling an appointment is incredibly challenging, and for someone working night shifts, it's downright impossible. Their online booking system never seems to have available slots, and having to call during morning hours is extremely frustrating when I should be sleeping, not trying to secure a medical appointment. It's difficult to consistently see the same physician, making me feel like I'm being shuffled around without personalized care. Recently, I received a text prompting me to book an appointment. Upon arrival, the doctor asked, "How can I help you?" I explained I wasn't sure, as I had ongoing health concerns and was simply told to come in. It turned out the sole purpose was to inform me about needing a blood test. I was bewildered - why did I have to wait three weeks for such a simple message that could have been communicated via letter? Even the stand-in doctor acknowledged the absurdity of the situation. The doctor was genuinely pleasant, which made it particularly disappointing that I couldn't have her as my regular healthcare provider.
