Frustrating appointments ruin an otherwise excellent service

The employees are fantastic and genuinely strive to provide excellent service. However, scheduling an appointment is an absolute nightmare. In-person booking is impossible, and phone attempts are equally frustrating - after enduring a lengthy wait, you're essentially just redirected to their online system. I want to be clear that this criticism isn't directed at the staff, but rather the deeply flawed appointment scheduling process.
