Frustrating appointments with unpredictable scheduling chaos

I'm extremely frustrated that scheduling an appointment has become impossible. They previously claimed appointments were available solely at 9am, but now it's 8:45am, and the timetable seems to shift arbitrarily. Delays appear to be this medical practice's defining characteristic. When I phoned at 9:00 am, I discovered nine individuals were already waiting ahead of me. Is this GP's patient capacity truly limited to just nine people?
