Frustrating booking process mars quality healthcare

I recently tried to schedule a consultation at Ordsall Health Surgery and was directed to book online. Although I was given a web link to the NHS platform, I experienced substantial difficulties accessing the booking portal, as the provided links were non-functional. Moreover, I was disheartened by the reception team's minimal support. Their demeanor suggested that my problems were not genuinely acknowledged, which intensified my overall frustration. It's particularly disappointing, especially given that Dr. Saxby is a highly competent and skilled physician. I genuinely appreciate her medical expertise, but the challenges in arranging an appointment are remarkably disheartening. I sincerely hope the practice can resolve these administrative obstacles to enhance the patient experience.
