Frustrating booking system destroys patient healthcare experience

I'm utterly frustrated with their appointment scheduling process and booking system. As someone who works in a call centre, I find it incredibly challenging to secure an appointment. When you call, you must go through triage, and they provide no specific call time, which means once I start work at 9am, I'm completely unable to take their call. The receptionists show zero understanding of my work constraints. Even when I attempt to book an appointment at 8am on my day off, I'm still forced to go through triage, despite explicitly requesting to see the doctor directly. This means wasting an entire day waiting for a potential callback. Their booking system is entirely inflexible - it's a strict same-day, first-come-first-served approach. The early morning appointments that were once available have seemingly disappeared completely. The entire ordeal has become so complicated that I've been postponing medical consultations, and as a result, my health is deteriorating.
