Frustrating booking system leaves customers in limbo

Attempted to contact them at 8 AM, only to find myself in a queue exceeding 30 people. Simultaneously tried booking online, only to be greeted with a message stating they've halted access due to reaching daily capacity. After finally connecting with a representative and requesting an appointment, I was informed I must call back in 9 days when they "release appointments". The service seems overwhelmed, and the situation appears to be deteriorating annually.
