Frustrating booking system limits patient convenience

I find it disappointing that scheduling a standard consultation for minor or non-critical concerns isn't possible. Currently, patients must phone early in the day, which could potentially prevent someone with urgent needs from securing a slot. Having recently switched to this medical practice, I'm taken aback that this approach differs from my previous surgery's system. This practice might want to reconsider their booking process.
