Frustrating booking system ruins healthcare experience

This is utterly ridiculous.... I'm unable to schedule an appointment directly at the front desk and must instead phone in early, despite clear availability for tomorrow. Since I start my workday at 4am, I can't always break away to spend half an hour on hold. This morning, I was fourth in the queue when their absurd automated system claimed no appointments were open for the next week. I'm definitely not someone who runs to the doctor for every minor issue, which makes this experience even more frustrating.
