Frustrating booking system ruins healthcare experience

I scheduled an online consultation and received a confirmation text indicating an appointment in two weeks. However, upon arriving at the medical practice, the receptionist informed us that no booking existed in their system, suggesting a potential technical error. She advised us to rebook online. We followed her instructions and this time received a direct confirmation call from the doctor scheduling us in another 10 days. Incredibly, when we returned, we encountered the exact same issue - no record of our appointment. The receptionist's attitude was far from supportive or sympathetic. This frustrating experience is not unique, as other members of my family have reported similar difficulties. At this point, we are seriously considering switching healthcare providers due to these persistent administrative failures.
