Frustrating booking system wastes customers time

The recently implemented booking platform is utterly inefficient and frustrating. Upon attempting to schedule an appointment, you're greeted by an automated message suggesting online booking due to overwhelmed phone lines. However, after navigating the digital system, you receive a text instructing you to call back for routine appointments - which defies logic. Why can't standard appointments be arranged electronically? As full-time workers, spending over three-quarters of an hour on hold is simply not feasible or practical.
