Frustrating care for female health issues

Multiple problems plague this medical practice. Here are just a few highlights: 1) A healthcare provider dismissively suggested I do "squats" for an injury, claiming I was "imagining the pain" - which turned out to be a legitimate Psoas muscle injury. 2) After enduring eight months of chronic back pain following a car accident, I finally managed to see my assigned GP and get a referral to a back specialist, but only after persistent follow-ups. 3) The reception staff incompetently failed to submit a medical sample to the lab, effectively wasting my time while I suffered from a debilitating UTI. They somehow managed to lose the sample entirely. Given my previous history of sepsis from a UTI, this negligence is extremely concerning. 4) Female health concerns are consistently minimized here. My long-standing PMDD symptoms and overactive bladder (issues spanning over two decades) were met with dismissive advice like "take paracetamol" and "just ignore it". 5) Administrative errors are common - staff incorrectly told me an appointment was on 29th September instead of 29th August, creating confusion that extended to conflicting information given to the doctor. 6) Their communication is frustratingly inefficient. Phone wait times are excessive, and the online booking system is bizarrely restricted to just a few hours daily. You're rarely assigned your intended GP unless you specifically demand it, and even then, success isn't guaranteed. The litany of operational failures continues endlessly. Endlessly. Endlessly. Endlessly.
