Frustrating clinic entry with unhelpful staff

Earliest available slot was two weeks out. Scheduled a flu vaccination for my 3-year-old. Upon arriving at the medical center, all entrances appeared locked. Waited around for 10 minutes with no access. Had to phone and inquire about entry, and was instructed to navigate to the rear of the building for admission. This alternative entry point was neither clear nor communicated during the initial appointment booking. When I suggested to the receptionist that such information should be provided to patients, she abruptly ended the call without acknowledging my feedback. Thanks guys, excellent service....
