Communicating with this company is incredibly challenging for individuals with hearing impairments. They adamantly reject text and email communication, showing a complete lack of understanding that phone calls are not accessible to everyone. Their system is deliberately designed to prevent meaningful dialogue, making it impossible to explain your communication limitations. This approach is fundamentally unacceptable.
