Frustrating communication from healthcare service provider

Got a text notification regarding influenza vaccinations. It's utterly futile to respond to the message, and incredibly, their website lacks any contact email address. Since I'm not equipped with carrier pigeons for communication, I'll be compelled to make a special trip just to provide a response in person. I'm skeptical anyone will actually read this, though I suspect that's an overly optimistic expectation...
