Frustrating Covid-Era Communication Nightmare

This medical practice used to be reliable, but since the pandemic, their patient support has drastically declined. They consistently redirect patients to e-consult when called, and after multiple attempts over two days, no meaningful response was received. The GP surgery refuses email communication, insisting patients must physically visit and submit written requests - an approach that seems completely unreasonable, especially during a health crisis. Their communication strategy appears deliberately designed to deter patients from seeking medical assistance. The lack of accessible and responsive healthcare is unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this surgery and recommend finding an alternative healthcare provider.
