Frustrating customer service fails to respect communication needs

Despite my explicit preference for email and text communication, clearly marked as Deaf, they persisted in attempting to contact me via voice call. I'm certain I even selected the option to withhold consent for voice calls or messages, yet they disregarded my explicit instructions. Such blatant disrespect and lack of professionalism is astounding.
