Frustrating customer service nightmare with endless waiting

Stuck in an endless waiting loop at their customer service. First, spent 40 minutes as the top caller, only to be left hanging. After an hour of frustration, I disconnected and redialed. This time, I was 21st in line, then 23rd, waiting another 10 minutes. I've sent a complaint email, but they apparently only respond weekly. If I don't hear back, I'll escalate to CQC. To add insult to injury, I just got a text claiming the doctor attempted to call me back. However, my phone shows no missed calls. The message suggested a priority callback, but when I called the number, I was once again first in the queue and left on hold for 25 minutes.
