Frustrating customer service that wastes my time

I spent ages waiting on hold, and when I finally reach the front of the queue, they hang up on me. Moreover, after navigating through their entire phone menu and selecting option 3 to speak with a representative, I'm repeatedly sent back to the main index. It's incredibly frustrating and makes no sense whatsoever.
