Frustrating customer service with endless waiting and disappointment

Utterly futile attempting to reach them by phone. Dial precisely at 8am and find yourself 30+ in the queue, facing a staggering 55-minute wait. By the time someone finally picks up, all appointment slots have vanished, and they're pushing you towards their online platform. They claim to desire human treatment, yet show zero compassion for someone who's been holding the line for an hour. Their digital service is equally disappointing. Even worse, their reception area now resembles a sterile call center, completely devoid of personal touch.
