Frustrating customer service with zero follow-through

Completely ineffective employees who lack any desire to assist customers and demonstrate zero internal coordination. Every interaction involves a new representative who claims ignorance about previous conversations, refusing to take responsibility by saying they weren't involved in the original interaction and weren't briefed about ongoing problems. The customer service is absolutely abysmal!
