Frustrating decline from once-promising medical practice

Switched to this medical practice following unsatisfactory experiences elsewhere. Initially, everything looked promising. The Dr IQ application was incredibly useful. Booking appointments was straightforward, and both medical staff and physicians appeared competent and friendly. However, they've now discontinued the app, and I've spent two weeks unsuccessfully attempting to secure an appointment. At 8am, I was 15th in the queue and still couldn't book a slot. They claimed to have extremely limited availability. Reluctantly, I've been forced to accept a telephone consultation scheduled two days from now, which conflicts with my work hours. This means I won't actually see a doctor until at least next week. The service quality has deteriorated significantly. I'm preparing to file a formal complaint with the appropriate regulatory body and will likely seek healthcare elsewhere once again.
