Frustrating decline in patient care and communication

I've been a patient at Brooke Surgery for several years, and they were previously excellent at scheduling appointments, particularly for children. However, over the past year, their service has significantly deteriorated. Communication is now challenging, with everything routed through Chatdoc. When trying to follow up on my daughter's blood test results, I'm receiving cryptic messages indicating we need to discuss the findings, yet the earliest available telephone consultation is nearly two weeks out.
