Frustrating decline of once-great medical practice

The medical practice was excellent prior to relocating to Barking Community Hospital. Currently, securing an appointment requires an average waiting period of two weeks - which is absolutely ridiculous! I'm uncertain whether this stems from patient overload or simply ineffective appointment scheduling; however, it's clear that something must change. While the reception team generally maintains a courteous demeanor, and I recognize the challenges they face, the fundamental issue remains. Most of us contribute monthly National Insurance payments and rightfully anticipate a specific standard of care from our general practitioner and the National Health Service overall.
