Frustrating decline of personal healthcare service

Since the pandemic, this medical practice has transformed into something more like a diagnostic center than a traditional doctor's visit. The surgery has essentially become a rental space for various clinics like diagnostics, optical services, and diabetes care, which I find inaccessible. The reception staff are doing their best, bless them, but they're constrained by directives from management on patient handling. The spirit of compassionate healthcare seems to have vanished, and the NHS feels like a shadow of its former self. Even with my technological skills and app access, securing an appointment is challenging. I'm deeply concerned about elderly patients who lack digital literacy and cannot navigate these new technological systems.
