Frustrating delay with missing medical scan report

This is a belated review about my internal ultrasound experience. While I was seen promptly 5 months ago, there's been a frustrating communication breakdown. The sonographer explained my scan results and assured me she'd forward everything to my GP, which did happen. However, the registrar at the Luton and Dunstable fertility clinic inexplicably lacks my April 2023 scan report! I'm completely baffled by this administrative failure. The critical report that could have helped the fertility clinic investigate my case was seemingly never transmitted. I'm uncertain whether the sonographer actually sent the documentation, but it definitely didn't reach the intended recipient. As a result, I now must undergo another unnecessary internal scan, despite having already completed my initial appointment. This inefficient process is incredibly inconvenient and wasteful.
