Frustrating delays and miscommunication at surgery

I received a call from the medical office at 9:56 AM on May 1st, 2024, informing me that the physician would contact me to discuss my test results. Later that day, at 4:06 PM, I got another call from the office, but it disconnected after just 5 seconds. Upon inquiring, the front desk staff claimed the doctor had left a voicemail message, which I couldn't access as I don't have that feature set up. Now, I've been given an appointment two weeks from now, pending confirmation. It's concerning that no one seems to be monitoring the subpar service provided by this medical practice. The lack of proper communication and follow-through is quite frustrating for patients seeking timely information about their health.
