Frustrating delays and poor communication at essex

I am profoundly frustrated with the leadership at Essex Lodge GP Surgery. Despite repeated efforts to highlight persistent problems, no meaningful progress has been made in enhancing the service quality. Patient appointments are routinely postponed or abruptly terminated without sufficient warning, causing significant patient anxiety. When complaints are presented, the management's attitude is indifferent and evasive, demonstrating a clear lack of responsibility. This continuous disregard casts a negative light on their leadership and fundamentally challenges their dedication to patient welfare. I strongly call on the management to implement immediate corrective measures and demonstrate genuine concern for their patients' needs.
