Frustrating delays in getting my essential medication

Received a medical document from the hospital on Sunday. Promptly delivered it to my primary care physician when their office opened Monday. Made multiple follow-up calls. A week has now passed, and I'm still without my medication. Phoned again today, with the staff suggesting it might be processed tomorrow. The staff appears completely unfazed by this prolonged delay.
