Frustrating digital service with unhelpful process

I'm on the same page as Goran. The e-consult system is completely pointless. Those lacking computer proficiency can simply contact the reception desk, and the staff will handle the process for them. They could just as easily schedule the appointment directly, rather than going through this unnecessary digital step.
