Frustrating doctors office with terrible appointment system

Every time I attempt to schedule a medical consultation, I feel like I'm blacklisted and consistently denied appointments. When calling at 9 am, they frequently hang up immediately, even when I'm first in the system. Sometimes they'll deliberately disable the phone until 9:45 am, offering vague excuses. On multiple occasions, while waiting in the queue, I'm given the option for a callback, but they never actually follow through. Upon questioning the receptionist about these missed callbacks, I was simply told the system is malfunctioning. Given my mental health challenges, seeing my doctor is critically important, yet I'm repeatedly redirected to the 111 service, which ultimately consumes more resources and expenses than a direct doctor's appointment would. This practice desperately requires restructuring to adequately serve all patients. I'm deeply frustrated by being made to feel that my medical needs are somehow less significant, treated like an inconvenience by receptionists who sound like robotic, indifferent recordings.
