Frustrating e-consult system fails patient repeatedly

I've been attempting to reach out for a fortnight, but they persistently direct me to an e-consult system. I've tried accessing the e-consult between 7-8am daily for four consecutive days, and each time it tells me to try again tomorrow due to capacity issues, even when I start right at 7am. I'm completely baffled about how I'm supposed to actually make contact with anyone.
