Frustrating experience: Inaccessible GP services

I've had an utterly disappointing experience with this general practitioner since relocating to the area and registering. Attempting to secure an appointment or even reach someone by phone has proven to be an exercise in futility. The routine appointments line consistently places me in a queue exceeding 30 callers, and their promised callback never materializes. Resorting to the emergency line yields no better results; despite a supposedly shorter queue, I've been left hanging for nearly an hour without any response. It's baffling that this practice hasn't implemented basic online booking services through the NHS app, a convenience I enjoyed with my previous doctor. The stark contrast in accessibility is truly frustrating. For those contemplating registering with a new GP, I'd strongly advise against choosing this one unless you're content with the prospect of never actually seeing a doctor. The level of inaccessibility here is simply unacceptable.
