Frustrating experience with appointment booking

I phoned yesterday to schedule an appointment for my 4-year-old daughter at 11 AM. They informed me to ring back, which seemed reasonable enough. They assured me that if I called the following day, she'd be seen. So, I dialed today at 8 AM, attempting 15 times before finally getting through at 8:20 AM, only to be told there were no appointments available and to ring I-Heart again. It's utterly ridiculous that you can't be seen. After expressing my frustration, they phoned back half an hour later, suggesting I call 111 and request an appointment with one of their doctors. What nonsense - ringing 111 to secure an appointment with them while I'm already on the phone to their office! I've now called 111 and been told a doctor will ring me back within 6 hours. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with how they've handled this situation and intend to file a formal complaint. If I could, I'd give this practice zero stars. If you're unwell or have a health concern, good luck getting an appointment with them!
